Our Design Education Journey

Building better design education, one course at a time.

2020: We started with a simple observation. Designers in Tsuen Wan wanted to improve their fundamentals but couldn’t find structured resources. Most online courses skipped the theory. We decided to change that.

2021: The first color theory course launched. It wasn’t polished. But it worked. Designers reported immediate improvements in their project decisions. They understood why their color choices mattered.

2022: We added typography fundamentals. Same approach — theory grounded in real projects. Designers learned to pair fonts with confidence. They started creating their own design systems.

2023: We combined both courses into an integrated program. Color and typography don’t exist separately — they work together. That’s what the new curriculum teaches.

2024-2025: Now we’re expanding. New case studies. Updated resources. A community of designers sharing what they’ve learned. The goal hasn’t changed though. We want every designer to understand the fundamentals.
